Do you pay for freight ?

Sorry we don't inflate up our prices to include freight. THERE IS NO FREE SHIPPING ON OUR WEBSITE. We carry mostly brand name items, and we elected to operate with a small profit margin. Selling nationwide with our slim margins makes it is impossible to come up with one price including freight. All other orders will be FOB Toronto and will be sent using our most convenient, appropriate and cost effective mode of transportation. For small deliveries we usually use Canada Post which is cheaper, or common carriers of our choice like CanPar, Loomis and alike. Shipping rates are based on picking, packing, handling, destination, weight and dimensions of your item, and the service and options you choose. Minimum order is also required for cost effective shipment.

How can I determine the freight charge for my order?

We are able to provide you online the shipping charges for your order shipped by Canada Post and other couriers.  Packages are generally dispatched within two to ten working days after receipt of payment. If it is a time sensitive order we suggest you get email to inform us. We advise you to group all your items in one order. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.

Please note there maybe additional shipping charges for remote locations and if such is the case the shipping rates will have to be increased and paid for by the customers after us informing the cuatomer of such.

Can I arrange to pick up my order?

Due to being an online business we prefer not to entertain pick up order at the store.

If pick up is possible and if okayed by shipping department please note that payment will by e-transfer in advance or cash only. We will not accept any returns for shipments picked up from our physical location as we consider them all to be special order. There will be NO cancellation of the order after payment is received just the same way as the website order. If for any reason cancellation is approved by shipping department a minimum of 25% handling charge plus any other additional processing and restocking charge depending on the order will apply

Website prices and specials may or may not be honoured and store prices apply.

Can I arrange to pick up my order after I have paid for it on the website? Or can I request to cancel my order after it has been paid for in the website?

If the order has not been processed as yet then the  3% PayPal processing charge that we are charged by PayPal and 3% refund charge will be charged back to the customer and applied to the refund.

If the order has been processed or if partially processed then the 3% PayPal charges and processing charges will be charged to the customer and both applied to the refund.

Please note for delivery to address that is not the charge card address, and or not confirmed by PayPal as eligible to ship, will be shipped to the address eligible and not the address requested by the customer. If this is not acceptable by the customer then the refund of the payment will be issued to the customer less the charges withheld by PayPal for the shipping to the eligible charge card address, plus the restocking charge of 25% and any other charges incurred to us.

Orders cancelled by customers after payment is made:

Once orders are placed and paid for they can not be cancelled or refunded. If we do agree to the cancel and refund the payment, please note there will be a deduction of all charges withheld by Paypal plus a restocking charge of 25% and any other charges incurred by us. This also applies to goods returned to us after getting authorization for the return. In additinn to the above all shipping charges will also be deducted from the amount to be refunded.

For shipments that delivery is not accepted by customers, refused by the customers or not picked up by the custmers from the designated place by the couriers the same rules and charges will apply as orders cancelled by the customers.

How long will you take to ship my order?

Most orders are picked and shipped in two days and maximum within a five business days to ten business days or so after payment. Please note our warehouse and shipping is closed for weekends and holidays. Shipping time after it leaves our warehouse is dependent on shipping option chosen by our customer and Canada Post delivery time. Please note we do not take responsibility for delays of Canada Post or any other couriers as it is beyond our control. The change or choice of courier option for delivery is the choice of the seller and not the buyer.

Please email us if your order is time sensitive and we will try to best work with you if it is possible.

What if something is missing from my shipment or what happens if I get damaged merchandise?

All our orders undergo a vigorous amount of checking, double-checking and triple-checking, and due to this it is very rare that something is short. But, we are only human. We absolutely do stand behind everything we ship, and if a shortage does take place, or wrong merchandise was shipped, we will take immediate steps to correct the situation. No returns, whether for damaged merchandise or otherwise, will be accepted without a Returned Authorization Number (RA#), issued from us prior to the ship back of such returnable merchandise. All claims for damages must be made within 48 hours of receipt of the merchandise. We can not accept partially sold displays/boxes/units. Products must be returned in resalable condition and in their original packaging. All pen marks, stickers, or price tags must be removed prior to return. A credit will be issued for all approved returns after inspection of the goods received. A credit towards the next order will be issued for all approved claims. Returns for any reason other than seller’s error should be prepaid by the buyer and will be subject to all PayPal charges, all shipping charges and also 25% handling and restocking charge if return is approved. All returns MUST be pre approved. We have the right to refuse dated merchandize or charge extra charge on it or other items.

When receiving your shipment you must sign and write clearly the number of cases you received next to your signature. We cannot guarantee safe delivery of merchandise despite our best efforts. Transportation companies relieve us of all responsibility when they pick up your goods from our warehouse. If you receive a damaged box upon delivery, please indicate with your signature any damaged boxes. Doing so will aid us in processing your damage claim quickly. If you suspect that a case has been opened and resealed, refuse it. In case of a shortage, damage, or wrong items, make sure not to throw away the shipping cartons or discard anything else, until your claim is processed. This will help avoid problems and speed things up. All claims for damages must be made within 48 hours of receipt of the merchandise.

Shipments returned to us due to not accepting the delivery or incorrect address by the customer.

Please note the customer will be charged for the delivery costs to them and the delivery cost for return of shipment back to newbuywholesale. The buyer will be subject to all PayPal charges and also 25% handling and restocking charge alsoFor parcels returned back to us the monies will be refunded to the customers less the above mentioned delivery costs and restocking charge that was incurred. The reshipment if agreed will require payment of the freights by the customer.

SUBSTITUTIONS

We reserve the right to substitute equivalent products from different manufatures, with different colours, sizes, or variences, and sometimes upgraded product if out of stock.

Due to the global supply chain crisis after COVID many items experience being out of stock. We may suggest buying a similar item if it's available and will offer you (call you) if your order is already placed.  Most retailers will accept and use this option. If for example the  travel section is out of Advil and it is important that a pain killer / fever medication be there, rather than a specific brand and we can substitute with Tylenol. or vice versa.  The same would apply to brand of toothpaste, toothbrush or other travel trial convenience products. When selecting or offering substitutions our order pickers will select the item that is closest in size and cost to your original item selection.
