We cannot guarantee the availability of any products or items described on the Site and some items may not be available at NewBuyWholeSale.ca due to space limitations, unavailability of supply or for other reasons. We do not warrant the accuracy of any specifications, pricing, warranty or other product information contained in this Site and any information included is subject to change by NewBuyWholeSale.ca at any time. While NewBuyWholeSale.ca strives to provide accurate product and pricing information, pricing or typographical errors may occur. All prices are subject to change without notice. Assortment, colours, products and packaging may vary and pictures may not be adjusted in time. Being a wholesale website and most of our customers being resellers it is acceptable policy that items are not necessarily as per pictures shown on the website. Colors, assortment, sizes, quantity in package, packaging and goods from different supplier may vary in shipments and may not be as shown on website. Due to product substitution that maybe required, from different suppliers, it may effect color, size, packaging of the products. We are not responsible for any errors or mistakes in print, web content, or representation. All prices shown are before any applicable tax. NewBuyWholeSale.ca reserves the right to limit quantities and to correct errors or omissions prior to processing a purchase request. When product is out of stock new stock price may change. We will inform customer by email and give them the option to accept or cancel the order.
ACCEPTING DEVELIRIES
When receiving your shipment you must sign and write clearly the number of cases you received next to your signature. If you receive a damaged box upon delivery, please indicate with your signature any damaged boxes. Doing so will aid us in processing your damage claim quickly. If you suspect that a case has been opened and resealed, refuse it. In case of shortage, damage, or wrong items, make sure not to throw away the shipping cartons or discard anything else, until your claim is processed. This will help avoid problems and speed things up. All claims for damages must be made within 48 hoursof receipt of the merchandise.
What if something is missing from my shipment or what happens if I get damaged merchandise?
No returns, whether for damaged merchandise or otherwise, will be accepted without a Returned Authorization Number (RA#), issued from us prior to the ship back of such returnable merchandise. All claims for damages must be made within 48 hours of receipt of the merchandise. A credit towards the next order will be issued for all approved claims.
What is your return policy?
All returns MUST be pre approved. Returns for any reason other than seller’s error should be prepaid by the buyer and will be subject to all PayPal charges, all shipping charges and also 25% handling and restocking charge and shipping charge if return is approved. We reserve the right to refuse dated merchandize or charge extra charge on it. Returns MUST be claimed within 48 hours of product receipt.You will need to obtain a Return Authorization Number (RA#). No seasonal, expired or short-dated products will be accepted. Include in the packing slip the RA# and state the reason for your return, company name, address, and a list of products with quantities. This must be enclosed with your return. When returning defective items, follow the same procedure stated above and in addition, include a description of the defect. We can not accept partially sold displays/boxes/units. Products must be returned in resalable condition and in their original packaging. All pen marks, stickers, or price tags must be removed prior to return without damage to product pakaging and in original condition. Otherwise not only credit will not be issued the products will be shipped back at buyer cost of shipment. A credit will be issued for all approved returns after inspection of the goods received.
Please note that we are not the manufacturers of the products we sell. If you have a complaint with a product, try calling the manufacturer at the number on the packaging.
SUBSTITUTIONS
We reserve the right to substitute equivalent products from different manufatures, with different colours, packaging, sizes, or variences, and sometimes upgraded product if out of stock.
Shipments returned to us due to not accepting the delivery or incorrect address by the customer.
Please note the customer will be charged for the delivery costs to them and the delivery cost for return of shipment back to newbuywholesale for any reason. The buyer will be also be subject to 25% handling and restocking charge also. For parcels returned back to us the monies will be refunded to the customers less the above mentioned delivery costs and the restocking that was incurred. The reshipment if agreed will require payment of the freights from the customer .
Please note there maybe additional shipping charges for remote locations.
PICK UP ORDERS.
We will not accept any returns for shipments picked up from our physical location as we consider them all to be special order.
Can I arrange to pick up my order?
Due to being an online business we prefer not to entertain pick up order at the store.
If pick up is possible and if okayed by shipping department please note that payment will by e-transfer in advance or cash only in advance. We will not accept any returns for shipments picked up from our physical location as we consider them all to be special order. There will be NO cancellation of the order after payment is received just the same way as the website order. If for any reason cancellation is approved by shipping department a minimum of 25% handling charge plus any other additional processing and restocking charge depending on the order will apply.
Website prices and specials may or may not be honoured and store prices apply.

Can I arrange to pick up my order after I have paid for it on the website? Or can I request to cancel my order after it has been paid for in the website?
If the order has not been processed as yet then the 3% PayPal processing charge that we are charged by PayPal will be charged to the customer and applied to the refund.
If the order has been processed or if partially processed then the 3% PayPal charge and processing charges will be charged to the customer and both applied to the refund.
For orders eligible to be shipped to charge card address only:
Please note for delivery to address that is not the charge card address, and or not confirmed by PayPal as eligible to ship, will be shipped to the address eligible and not the address requested by the customer. If this is not acceptable by the customer then the refund of the payment will be issued to the customer less the charges withheld by PayPal for the shipping to the eligible charge card address, plus the restocking charge of 25% and any other charges incurred to us.
Orders cancelled by customers after payment is made:
Once orders are placed and paid for they can not be cancelled or refunded. If we do agree to the cancel and refund the payment, please note there will be a deduction of all charges withheld by Paypal plus a restocking charge of 25% and any other charges incurred by us. This also applies to goods returned to us after getting authorization for the return. In additinn to the above all shipping charges will also be deducted from the amount to be refunded.
For shipments that delivery is not accepted by customers, refused by the customers or not picked up by the custmers from the designated place by the couriers the same rules and charges will apply as orders cancelled by the customers.
INDEMNITY
You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless NewBuyWholeSale.ca, its owners, its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and suppliers from and against all losses, expenses, damages and costs, including reasonable attorneys' fees, resulting from any violation of these terms and conditions or any activity (including negligent or wrongful conduct) related to your use of the Site.
GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
The Site is controlled by NewBuyWholeSale.ca from its office within the Province of Ontario, Canada. You agree that all matters relating to access to, or use of, the Site, or any other hyperlinked website, shall be governed exclusively by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the laws of Canada applicable to the Province of Ontario, without regard to the conflicts of laws principles thereof. You are responsible for complying with your own local laws.
